Project Description
Huddle Culture had outgrown a brand that was holding them back. While their work was winning contracts with some of the UK’s leading rail, energy, and construction firms, their visual identity was still rooted in the 2010s — and no longer reflected the forward-thinking, science-backed training they deliver.
I led a full digital rebrand, including a new logo, website, sales materials, and supporting social and email assets. The refreshed brand creates a modern, confident platform that aligns with Huddle Culture’s behavioural training expertise and leadership impact, positioning them clearly for where the business is heading next.
The biggest win? Confidence. The new brand gives the founder complete belief in how Huddle Culture shows up — knowing the visuals now match the quality of the work behind them.
In his words:
“I just spent the past 3 hours on the new website. Bloody love it! So, so cool! Once again — thank you!!”
This is exactly why I love what I do: creating design that doesn’t just look good, but helps brilliant people show up at their best.
